A charity which provides financial support for members of the UK Volunteer Reserve and Cadet organisations has enabled over 1,800 individuals to take part in challenging expeditions at home and abroad.
The Ulysses Trust has published its Annual Report for 2019 which reveals grants totalling a value of £235,845 were awarded to fund exercises in numerous countries including France and Mongolia.
One hundred Cadet and Reservist expeditions were supported by the grants awarded by the Trust, including 22 university officer cadet exercises, which involved 1,865 Cadets and Reservists.
