RAF Reserves On Exercise Readiness Bull

Members of 603 (City of Edinburgh) Squadron Royal Air Force Reserves joined forces with Reserve and Regular units to take part in Exercise Readiness Bull as part of their Annual Continuous training.

The exercise at Kinloss Barracks, Moray, was designed to simulate a real-life deployment over a 15-day period.   

Alongside regular Gunners from 51 Squadron – RAF Regiment, Reservists gained crucial experience by practicing and honing various tactical skills, including; patrolling, tracking, battlefield first aid, chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear defence, observations posts and control of entry.

A number of VIPs were invited on base to meet the Edinburgh Squadron personnel, who were joined by members of 2622 Highland Squadron and 612 Highland Squadron – RAF Medical Squadron.
